These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Crestwell Facilities.
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Crestwell Facilities provides facilities management and support services including, but not limited to:
Commercial cleaning
Residential cleaning
Deep cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning
Graffiti removal
Jet washing
Property maintenance support
Exterior cleaning services
Facilities management services
Services may be delivered directly by Crestwell Facilities or approved subcontractors.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply where conditions differ from those disclosed.
Bookings are confirmed once accepted by Crestwell Facilities.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
Customers must:
Provide safe access to the property
Disclose any hazards
Ensure utilities are available where required
Secure valuables and sensitive items
Payment terms will be specified on quotations or invoices.
Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs as permitted by law.
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made with less notice may incur charges.
We aim to deliver services to a professional standard.
Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses unless required by law.
Any alleged damage must be reported within 48 hours and supported by evidence where reasonably possible.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Crestwell Facilities may engage approved subcontractors to perform services.
All subcontractors are expected to meet our standards and requirements.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
